Shift Manager
Shift Manager
Hours: 20-30 hours/week
Salary: $16-$20/hour + tips
Shift Manager
Your responsibilities and our expectations will include—but may not be limited to—the following:
- Operating the store in peak hours (including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
- Store opening responsibilities and other various day-to-day operational procedures
 
- Managing a crew of between two and seven employees
- Fulfilling fundamental missions of Rosati’s Frozen Custard by:
- Ensuring customers’ outstanding experience through engagement, product quality, and exemplary service
- Creating all products correctly and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness standards
 
- Leading by example by setting standards for professionalism (inside and outside of the workplace), maturity, work quality, and customer interaction
- Leading a crew approximately 15 hours per week (plus additional non-leadership hours)
- Working approximately two weekends per month in September and October, November TBD
- Cash handling
- Answers directly to Owners

Hours: 8-15 hours/week
Salary: $10+/hour + tips
Server
Your responsibilities and our expectations will include—but may not be limited to—the following:
- Fulfilling fundamental missions of Rosati’s Frozen Custard:
- Ensuring customers’ outstanding experience through engagement, product quality, and exemplary service
- Creating all products correctly and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness standards
 
- Communication Skills:
- Able to effectively communicate with team members
- Should be considered outgoing and approachable
- Able to enthusiastically interact with customers
 
- Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift and carry approximately 10 pounds
- Able to scoop frozen custard
 
- Available to work approximately 8-15 hours per week
- Additional hours available in summer months
- Flexible scheduling
- Must be available most evenings and weekends
 
- Cash handling: must be trustworthy and honest
- Reports to Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Owners
Shift Supervisor

Hours: 10-15 hours/week
Salary: $13-$16/hour + tips
Shift Supervisor
Your responsibilities and our expectations will include—but may not be limited to—the following:
- Operating the store in non-peak hours
- Store opening responsibilities and other various operational procedures
- Frozen custard machine assembly
- Frozen custard machine operation
- Special Flavor preparation
 
 
- Store opening responsibilities and other various operational procedures
- Working approximately 12-18 hours per week (divided amongst mornings/afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
- Available at least 3 weekends/month March-May and September-November
- Managing a crew of between one and three employees
- Fulfilling fundamental missions of Rosati’s Frozen Custard by:
- Ensuring customers’ outstanding experience through engagement, product quality, and exemplary service
- Creating all products correctly and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness standards
 
- Leading by example by setting standards for professionalism (inside and outside of the workplace), maturity, work quality, and customer interaction
- Includes giving every single customer individualized outstanding service and correcting other employees when this mission is not fulfilled

- Reports to Shift Managers, Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, and Owners
Assistant Store Manager
Assistant Store Manager
Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Salary: $18+/hour + tips
Assistant Store Manager
Your responsibilities and our expectations will include—but may not be limited to—the following:
- Machine assembly, disassembly, operation
- Special Flavor preparation
- Personnel management
- Daily store operations
- Maintain continuity between management shifts (policy, procedure, etc)
- Oversee shift managers
